El Paso's Adult Scene Straddles the Border Effect

El Paso has a longstanding gentleman's club presence concentrated on the eastside and along the highways feeding from Fort Bliss. Red Parrot, Dreams Gentleman's Club, and a half-dozen other venues serve the combined civilian/military audience that the city's economy has always included.

Texas law permits topless with alcohol and full nude BYOB; El Paso clubs mostly run the topless format given that military-friendly clubs prefer to keep the full bar. The border effect means prices run lower than Dallas or Houston for comparable venues.

Ciudad Juárez just across the bridge historically had a much larger adult-entertainment zone, but the security situation there has shifted dramatically over the past fifteen years. If you're not a regular border crosser with Mexican-side contacts, stay on the El Paso side.
